Camptosar Injection is a cancer medication used for treating rectal or colon cancer. The generic name of the medicine is Irinotecan Hydrochloride Injection and it belongs to the class of antineoplastic agents. You can buy Camptosar Injection in the form of vials, given via an infusion over around 90 minutes once a week for 4 weeks. After that, you will have to observe a gap of 2 weeks before the next dose. The cycle of treatment is repeated till the desired effects are achieved.

The drug is available as a pale yellow, sterile, clear and aqueous solution. Each ml of the medicine contains 20mg of irinotecan Hcl trihydrate and the dosage recommended to you depends on your medical condition and response to treatment.
