What major medical products do we supply?

Are all the medical products from Blue Medica FDA approved?

FDA approved products are only available in the United States. The products we sell are registered in their respective countries, and are approved by their country's respective health authorities (eg. MHRA in UK, etc.). All the international distributors we collaborate with are internationally licensed, and they follow all the safety norms stringently. It is important to note that brand name products are generally manufactured by the same manufacturers world wide, and the prices fluctuate from country to country. For example, Allergan's Botox is available in USA and their Botox product is also available in the United Kingdom for much less money. The UK product is not FDA-approved (as it is not registered for sale in USA), but it is approved by MHRA for distribution in UK and is manufactured by the same company as in the United States, Allergan.

In what currency are the prices quoted?

The prices for all our products are quoted in U.S dollars. We offer product quotes over the phone, fax, email, and online, as per our client's choice.

How are the products from Blue Medica different from the products bought in the U.S?

There is no difference in the products offered by Blue Medica and those manufactured in the U.S, except for slight differences in packaging. This packaging difference is due to the fact that international distributors have to package the products as per the requirements of the originating country.

In some cases, a medical product may be manufactured internationally by a separate manufacturer altogether. This is because the major patent holding company may give marketing rights to other companies in particular jurisdictions. For example, the product Restylane is marketed by Medicis exclusively in North America. In Europe, marketing rights have been given to Q-MED, so the product name may be different. Nevertheless, you would still receive the brand name product Restylane with the same ingredients.

How much time does it take for a product to be delivered?

Once your order has been placed, billed and confirmed, our contracted pharmacies would normally ship your products within 1-2 business days. If it is delivered from an international outlet, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days on an average. Some products are shipped from North America and the average shipping time is 2-3 business days. Please ask our customer service representatives for the shipping time when placing your order.
