3. How do you quote prices?

We quote prices in US Dollars. We quote prices over the phone, by email, or by fax, depending on the client’s preference.

5. What is the difference between the products you are selling compared to the products I am buying in the USA?

The only difference is the cosmetic appearance of the packaging. As multinational manufacturers are required to package their products according to the distribution country's requirements, there may be slight packaging differences. However, rest assured that the product you order from us will always be the same product that you buy in the United States.
In several cases, some products are manufactured by different manufacturers overseas as the major patent holder for that product may provide marketing rights to different companies in specific jurisdictions. For example, Restylane is exclusively marketed by Medicis in North America, and it is marketed exclusively in Europe by Q-MED. Regardless, you will receive the exact same FDA-approved product with the exact same active ingredient.

8. How long would it take to get the product I ordered?

We normally deliver products shipped out of our North American facilities within 5-6 business days. For deliveries from international outlets, please allow 10-12 business days. Our customer service representative will inform you of the exact shipping time when you place the order.

9. Do you offer pharmacy compounding services?

Yes, we do. Blue Medica has a network of licensed pharmacies that have years of experience in medical compounding, specifically cosmetic formulations.
